Paving of Beach Road on Playa Palo Seco

I was told back in September of 2004 that the beach road was going to be paved before November or December. The road from Parrita to the Beach was actually paved ahead of schedule (believe it or not). We have not seen any action on this or heard any word as to when if every this will happen. There are a number of large residential and commercial projects going on on Playa Palo Seco at this very moment. Any info?
