German's living in Costa Rica

Hi! I'm wondering if there are a lot of Germans living in CR! All the books I could get and all forums are for amerikans and canadiens!!!!! We are moving in July for retirement to CR and I would like to be in touch with germans who did it before!!!! Would need a german/engl. speeking lawyer etc. some advise??? thank you und tschuess!!!
